My Work

As Requirements Responsible, I was in charge of identifying, analyzing, and validating the system requirements throughout the project. I worked closely with the team to gather functional and non-functional requirements, ensured that all client needs were correctly understood, and documented them in a clear and structured way. I also verified that each implemented feature matched the approved requirements and validated the names of team members appearing on each page of the final product, as required by the project guidelines.

Project Management Conclusions

This project helped me understand the importance of clear communication and well-defined roles in project management. I learned that managing requirements is a continuous process that requires constant coordination with technical and non-technical team members. Proper requirement validation reduces rework, improves product quality, and helps the team stay aligned with client expectations. Overall, this experience reinforced the value of planning, documentation, and teamwork in successful project execution.
